Carly’s true dedication, responsiveness, and enthusiasm to educate on best practices for successful home buying was so essential to closing on a dream home. With the way the market was (high interest rates, quick and competitive buyers creating a sellers advantage, and low inventory) as first home buyers, the odds were totally stacked against us. Carly took care of us when we were at risk of purchasing a condo with a non communicative HOA. They basically needed to fund structural repairs but had no game plan. Because of this, the bank wouldn’t lend. Carly was fully supportive when I was devastated at the news. I totally loved the place and visited it often. After that, I became discouraged about home buying. 2 months later, after encouragement and hard work, we closed on a better floor plan with all the amenities we needed and then some. About almost 2 years ago, we purchased an absolutely beautiful home with an amazing support from Carly & her team. We were a first time buyer, and we feel very fortunate that we were able to purchase our dream home in such a short time (we got the house with our first offer) with minimal stress thanks to Carly.We started the process about 20 month ago, when we met with a loan officer and came up with the plan to save down payment and prepare for loan process. At that time, we met with Carly. We were very impressed how she wanted to get to know us and our needs, and she offered to show houses then, even we knew we could not purchase the house for a while. Until January of this year, she would always send us email from time to time, asking how we were doing & needed any help. She was consistent, always on time, always available to show us properties, and allow us to take as much time as needed.Once we were pre-approved in end of January this year, we really started to serious looking, going to as many open houses as possible every weekends. It was exhausting process, but Carly was there for us to provide emotional support. Once we decided that we wanted to make an offer, she spent so much time with me finding out more information about what the seller was looking for and guided me to write a personal letter. She updated me very frequently, talking to her several time throughout the day. We got very lucky and our offer was accepted. I found out that there were other offers with higher amount, but we got it, and I believe it was partly due to Carly's expertise on how to make our offer best with things they can do (such as contingencies) and her guidance on writing personal letter. Escrow process was not stress free, but, again, she and her team was constantly updating me minimizing our worries. I was very happy with the home inspector she brought who did a very through job. As of March 26, escrow was closed and we got our key. Till this date, we can't believe that we were able to get this amazing dream house with our first ever offer, without long emotionally painful process of getting offers rejected and compromising what we want in our house, all the stories we hear about buying home. It still was a tough process, but we feel fortunate that we had someone like Carly who we could count on and rely on. She is absolutely wonderful in what she does!!
